About BS Council of Education and Research
Welcome to the BS Council of Education and Research (BSCER), a non-profit organization, registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of bright students with limited financial means. Established in the year 2023, BSCER embodies a vision of a world where the pursuit of knowledge is not restricted by financial constraints.
At BSCER, our mission is both clear and profoundly impactful. we exist to provide financial and moral support to students with high potential but limited financial resources. We firmly believe that no deserving students should be denied the opportunity to pursue higher education because of their economic circumstances.

Online Certification Course in
PHARMACOVIGILANCE
Starting From 12th October 2025
WHO CAN ENROLL – Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degrees in Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, or allied health sciences. We expect the course to be completed in 2 months, but this may be extended for more time if needed, to ensure students get adequate knowledge & skills.
